I was employed for several jobs with Enterprise Screen Productions over the past few years. This involved pre-production meetings, producing timecode breakdowns for the editor and extensive use of the Sony Z1E, often synchronizing configurations between several camcorders. Visit their site to find out more about the company and the services they provide.
I am proud to have been the controller at Glasgow University Student Television between 2008 and 2009, where I gained some fantastic experience and some life long friends. To take a look at how they're doing now, just go to www.gust.tv or watch some of their latest videos at their youtube channel where you will also find some of the videos I worked on.
In 2007, I became the first Secretary of the CUT! Filmmaking Society at Glasgow University. After making a few short films with other members of CUT and giving a workshop on low budget directing and lighting, I have made some great friends there. CUT continue to make some great films which help give experience to those who seek it. Check them out here or on youtube.
The National Student Television Association is an evolving organisation which holds the largest student television awards in the UK. In 2008 the NaSTA Awards was hosted in Southampton, this year it's coming back to Glasgow for the first time in many years. You can check out their website for the 2010 awards here.
